Confidential feedback via a validated and researched feedback tool followed by expert debrief and creation of a development plan. Powerful when combined with an ongoing coaching engagement.
Leadership Development Program
Brandon Hall Group award winning program that seeks to answer the question, “What makes a great leader?”. In a combination of live workshops and individual coaching, participants work on developing key leadership competencies such as skillful feedback, decision making, habits, prioritization, and other key skills. Program engagements range from 6 - 12 months.
Individual Coaching
Personalized, confidential one-on-one sessions tailored to specific goals and outcomes. Engagements range from 6-12 months.
Team Coaching + Workshop
Team coaching that remains confidential with the individual and allows for key themes across the team to arise. Workshops are designed to support peer sharing and skill development around themes. Team engagements range from 3 -12 months.
